I know my business really well, but explaining it on my website has been harder than I expected. Every time I write a page, it sounds either too boring or too complicated. A friend suggested that I hire a website content writer, but I have never worked with a writer before. How do you explain your business to someone who knows nothing about it? Did you send notes, examples, or just talk about your ideas? I would like to hear how other people handled their first website writing project.
